A store listing datamined by PlayStation Game Size puts Grand Theft Auto VI at 210 GB, with preloading set for November 12, and Insider Gaming says it can corroborate the number.
Grand Theft Auto VI is going to eat your hard drive. Datamining account PlayStation Game Size posted today that the full download for the game is 210 GB, listed alongside a $79.99 standard edition, a November 12 preload and a midnight release on November 19. Insider Gaming says it can corroborate the number.
That listing comes from the PlayStation side. Rockstar and Microsoft have not posted an official Xbox Series X|S file size yet, and Insider Gaming notes the number could still change, with a possible day one patch on top.
GTA VI launches November 19 on Xbox Series X|S and PS5.

OnPoint’s take: Xbox players, this is your warning shot. If the Xbox version lands anywhere near 210 GB, Series S owners on the 512 GB drive are going to be making some tough choices, so now is the time to grab an expansion card or start uninstalling the stuff you finished months ago. Quick Resume and a fast SSD are going to make Leonida feel great on Series X, but you have to fit it first. One week of preloading should help keep launch night from turning into a download nightmare. How much space are you clearing for GTA 6? Let us know.
